Please be aware that the total cost of the product is almost $190. If you order on line and don't scroll all the way down and read their fine print, you will never find out what the total cost will be. The company doesn't want you to know until is too late! The will charge your credit card weeks before they ship the order, so your 30 day trial will expire soon after you receive it. If you want to throw almost $200 in the garbage buy it, otherwise go to Walmart and buy similar piece of junk for less than $10 dollars. Buyer beware!!

So you're saying that I should read your website, then before buying, send you an email asking you to verify you're not misleading or lying to me, THEN buy the product? How do you not see the ridiculousness of your defense?

Any of you order on Ebay? They're less on there and you might be able to send it back if you don't like it.
After you order and return the item maybe cancel your credit card # so the company can't keep falsely billing you for the product if you returned it. Don't know why they're charging so much for the product.

BTW: There is also a link for Customer Service that will give you the phone number and hours of operation, plus the option of sending an email if you have any questions BEFORE entering your credit card number.
