i ordered the tulip instyler on a trial period i was charged $24 dollars for the trial period.i was told if i dont like it i can return it no proble, well the items came with no return label!

which is retarded then when i tried calling them to get information on how to get the label to return the item i cant get a rep on the phone i visit the website to get a label but that too is impossible because i need a rep to give me a credit return authorization number without that i cant send it back because i wont get a credit for it. consumers affair need to check out this company seriously!!!!!

plus the product is a total waste of money and it tangles your hair or hair gets stuck in it!its ***!

did they charge you for the item ? since you couldnt send it back or was it just the $24
